Entrepreneurship has shaped both of our lives.

Our journeys began with simple ideas and a willingness to take risks. Building companies has taught us lessons that only experience can provide: how to navigate uncertainty, build great teams, and stay persistent through both success and setback.

Brad’s entrepreneurial journey began with the founding of Walker Edison, a consumer products company that grew from a small startup into a globally recognized brand. That journey ultimately culminated in what was, at the time, the largest consumer product company exit in Utah history. Following that experience, Brad went on to serve the State of Utah as its first-ever Entrepreneur in Residence, advising the Governor on strategies to strengthen Utah’s startup ecosystem and support the next generation of founders. He is the co-founder of RIZZ Lending.

Following over a decade of serving as the CEO of the Bonham Household, Megan decided to fulfill a long-time dream of foudning Utah's most prestegious event venue: Twenty & Creek. Through her work, Megan has created a space that brings people together to celebrate life’s most meaningful moments while building a thriving business grounded in hospitality, elegance, and community.

These shared experiences led us to create BONCO - a family of companies that invests in founders, companies, and opportunities that have the potential to create lasting value. Having spent our careers building businesses ourselves, we understand the challenges entrepreneurs face and the importance of patient, aligned capital.

Our goal is to partner with exceptional builders.

That may mean investing in an early-stage company led by a visionary founder, supporting a real estate project that transforms a community, or backing a private investment opportunity where our experience and network can help accelerate growth.
